Welcome to the Third Annual Fiskateers ORANGE Blog Hop! If you're hopping along, you should have come from Michelle #7586's at www.scrapbookingsos.blogspot.com (If you are joining us in the middle, go to www.fiskateers.com to start from the beginning.) Today we are celebrating Fiskars' signature color, ORANGE. Who isn't familiar with Fiskars' famous orange-handled scissors?! But Fiskars makes many other wonderful products for crafting, sewing, gardening, and more as well. Each stop along our Hop will feature different Fiskars' products. My ORANGE project today today is a cute little apron for your dishwashing liquid. My neighbor got this one for me a few years ago.
First, I made some stencils using some of my limited edition squeeze punches.
Then, I cut my ribbon with the Imaginisce ribbon cutter...
And used some orange fabric (a shower curtain from Target) that I had on hand to make this:
I also used my Fiskars Simple Stick Stamps to stamp the "BOO!"
Fiskars Squeeze Punches are so easy to use. They are the only punches to be awarded the Arthritis Foundation Ease-of-Use Commendation. My 9 year old grandchild has been able to use them for several years. The Simple Stick Stamps are great too, they stick securely to the acrylic blocks, first time - every time. Fiskars also has a great product warranty also. For more information about Fiskars and the Fiskateers, you can go to: http://www.fiskateers.com/join/ Be sure to leave a comment below to enter my "ORANGE you glad you hopped?" giveaway. I'll be sending some lucky blog hopper some Fiskars goodness. EVERYONE is eligible for this drawing. Winner will be announced Monday - October 29, 2012.
