30 Simple Wishes

Stephanie over at "My Crafty Adventures"  http://mycraftyadventures.com/  is sharing a project that sounds like fun.  She is making a wish journal.  I got my wish journal ready and can't wait to play along with Stephanie.  The wish journal is an inexpensive composition notebook that I have altered.

I used a sheet of Bo Bunny paper from my stash.  The bird is a small wooden one from Maya Road.  I used the technique that Lisa Pace taught us last week at her book signing.

He has a thought bubble with a worm inside - that is what he is wishing for - lol.
The glittery strip was made using a technique Stephanie did on her blog recently
.

The make and take that Lisa did at her book signing also used fabric strips that we stamped.  I made some stamped strips for the tags.  I love this technique.

I added one to the front of the journal.

The title was letter stickers applied to the journal, inked over and removed.  "Simple" was stamped and embossed.  I made a pocket for the inside, and added some tags I made with a diecut.
The fabric strip is attached in the back so it can be used as a place marker.  I am really pleased at how it turned out.  Now I am chomping at the bit for the tag challenges this month.  Hope you can make some time to be crafty today.
